I have a problem with the smtp service in zoho in whmcs, I connect it with whmcs and it tells me that it works and I receive the email correctly, but when I want to reset my password or do something else, it does not send the message and I see the logs and the following appears

Password Reset Request Failed: Email Sending Failed: SMTP Error: data not accepted. - UserID: 1

But when doing the smtp test by whmcs it says that the credentials work and it sends me an email message correctly, but I don't understand why it doesn't send emails such as password reset among others, I was using the gmail smtp and it works correctly for me
