We're a non profit organization and need a simple accounting system. We were working with Wave and it was okey. We're happy now with Zoho Books but need some advises to use the system well.

In a year we organize 10 different activities and each activity we need to register the income and the money outflow, to see the expenses, if we earn money in this activity or if we lose money, to get a report with the flow of this activity. We've two bank accounts and cash.

We don't need an standard chart of accounts, account numbers, bank interesets, refunds or things like that that are in the default Zoho accounts.

In Wave we open a type of account that allows us to register income and outcome money and later see it in a report. Witch kind of account can we use to register each activity with flexible income and outcome money??
