I own the domian anderskitson.com it's mx records are pointed to zoho. I try to add accounts@anderskitson.com as a new user to no avail, I add it as a alias and it says "The email address is already registered with another account which is not a part of this organization."

Ive tried to login to it, dont know the password. reset sends the email to itself accounts@anderskitson.com

I really need to access emails being sent to it.
