The MX Records problem

I've changed MX records on my providers page but got this message "The MX Records of your domain are not pointed to Zoho. You may not receive emails in Zoho.
And I cannot receive emails.
How can you help. May be I need to wait?
With other account in Saturday I have no problems with it, all was fast.
