there is no privacy in meetings and tasks

there is no privacy in meetings and tasks

I have created several projects and all of the users of all projects can see the tasks and meetings that they are not assinged to.

For example we named a project only for the busienss partners where we sheculded meetings, tasks, files, etc.

All the employees can see what tasks and meetingsh te business partners have so is there any way the employees can only see the tasks and meetings the are assinged to, and obviously the managers can see everything.
