i have 5 users in my admin 

all users sat up on outlook and sending mails and receiving mails from outlook and from mobile app TFA is off for all users 

only the user hr@chuckecheesejo.com is not sending or receiving and won't setup on outlook 

every time i enter the  settings of this user by zoho admin app i found the incoming mail and outgoing mail  is off , i turns on , go out the app and go again find it off

all other users on the same app and account is on 

i use also when setup on outlook 2013 and it keeps the smtp require credentials when send test email
