There major bug in Zoho Projects Forum

There is a major bug in Zoho Projects Forums. If you can't fix it very soon will, we will unfortunately need to move to a different service.

The forum posts do not show up in order. This makes it nearly impossible to see which forum posts are replying to which questions. It is essential in any forum that the user can see the linear flow of the dialogue in sequential order -- or there is no point in having a forum.

Are you going to be able to fix this? When? We need to know right away what your plans are.
