This company will let you down.

I signed up to try and was instantly dissatisfied: No way to evaluate all in one. No Project management software should be without issue/bug tracker but you can't test it all together/integrated unless you pay or try each separately etc. Oh and the fact that there is NO REFUND (in case you canceled say after 30 days) was another red flag for me.

So I went to delete my account. Well guess what, I can't. Cancellation form doesn't work. Keeps returning an unspecified error! Ok so is there a "contact us" link? Oh, no help is all forum, faq etc. No contact support or sales.

I will give this company an advice: Provided your app does really work as advertised and that you never ever mess with user's data or privacy and you have a support team, that actually supports, follow this advice:
Expensive for startups. Why don't you provide the full suit, create a free version with limited storage like you do now, then allow users to upgrade space? eg: First 10MB Free. Then 100MB for $5, 1GB 10$, 5GB 15$ per month and so on.
