This is not user friendly

I like this sheet but it is not user friendly
can u make it as user friendly
i have some problem with this site i cant update the datas
As i am using this as the real time project.

For example: I had created the datas into pivot table if i am updating the datas in the master sheet it must automatically update in the pivot table. So that i can use this site as the real time project
