Hi,

I got the error "This user is not allowed to add in Zoho. Please contact support@zohomail.com for further details" while trying to add users with my admin account on silverbaseltd.com domian.

I have always been maintaining/adding users using that admin same account.

I have also sent emails to support@zohomail.com twice without getting any replies.

Kindly help fix the fault. It's very urgent.
