Ticket Backlog Trends graph is being refreshed when backlog tickets get closed
We have created a ticket backlogs (
Data is being transferred from Desk) trend graph which is based on Ticket Creation date and the actual values of the Unresolved Tickets count. This graph does refresh itself when we close those backlog tickets later on. For example its January column displays 5 total tickets at the moment but when we close one of those tickets then it does refresh itself down to 4.
We want the monthly columns to always display the count of tickets which weren't closed at the end of January (
related month).
Could please someone help us out on how to achieve this kind of a report.
