Ticket creation - Can we restrict Departments based on User Groups?
We are wondering if it is possible to restrict the values displayed in the Department drop down field when creating a ticket based on the User Group the person raising the ticket is allocated to.
We have User Groups set up to match Departments (essentially products we offer), and customers are associated to a User Group depending on what they have purchased.
Rather than listing the 10 Departments (Products) we would like the list to be dynamically filtered to display only those Departments they have purchased, to make the list more manageable and avoid the user raising tickets against the wrong area / department / product.
Is this possible
