Tie Zoho Assist unattended client to Zoho Desk contact
The Zoho Assist integration with Zoho Desk is pretty neat.
However, for us, we make use of unattended installations
far more than ad-hoc support requests.
If it were possible to link an 'Unattended Access' machine to a contact in Zoho desk, that would mean we could launch straight in to their machine from the ticket without having to send an invite to the user to run software that is already installed on their machine.
Is this something that is on the roadmap?
