Time Tracking Tools

I work in the services realm as do most who care about time tracking. Anyway I really like microsoft business contact manager (BCM) because it automagically tracks email dialog with clients and has the ability to integrate with the microsoft account packages.

The major drawback is that I must be at my machine to use it. So Zoho is an excellent and cost effective alternative but lacks some items that one might consider important. Does anyone have a tird party application that they are using that works well as a BCM replacement?
