The time zone keeps changing on my account and it keeps asking me when I log on what my time zone is.

How do I make it keep my time zone?

When scheduling interviews, does the time chosen reflect the time zone?  Example, I am in central american time zone and am making an appointment for pacific american time zone; will the email sent reflect the time I choose or compensate for the time difference?
