Hello, okay? 

I was setting up my email but could not find the time zone of my locality. 

I'm in Mato Grosso do Sul - Brazil, the problem here is that precisely the time zone is different from the rest of the country, when we are in winter is -4 hours and when we are in summer is -3 hours. 

Have any solution for this?
