I couldn't find anything with this exact issue, so apologies if this has been covered. 

I'm having a problem setting Time zones. Whichever Time zone I choose is not being reflected in the rest of the system and seems to always we be set at -8hrs. I'm setting the zone in company details > Locale Information.

Please advise if there is another setting I have missed or if this is something that needs fixing?
