Hi,
In Zoho Projects Timesheet Approval Rules, we can only select "Project Owner" as an approver type when multiple projects are involved. However, our organization needs **Milestone Owners** to approve timesheets for tasks logged under their specific milestones.
Our Requirement:
- Each milestone has a designated "Milestone Owner" (visible in the milestone details)
- Timesheets containing time logged against tasks under Milestone X should be routed to Milestone X Owner for approval
- Not the Project Owner, but the specific Milestone Owner for that milestone
What we've tried:
1. Timesheet Approval Rules → Only supports User/Profile/Team/Reporting Hierarchy/Project Owner
2. No option to dynamically pick "Milestone Owner" based on the milestone linked to the timesheet tasks
3. Zoho Flow → Timesheet not available as trigger object
4. Zoho Projects Workflow → Timesheet not available as trigger
Would appreciate any working solutions or Zoho roadmap info on this feature!
