Timesheet times should use colon instead of decimal
I recently had an issue in billing a client using ZOHO Projects and ZOHO Invoice because these apps log time using a decimal point rather than the U.S.-standard colon (e.g. "1.45" instead of "1:45").
The client understood the value to be 1.45 hours, or 87 minutes, rather than 1:45, or 105 minutes. This gave the client the incorrect impression that I had over-billed them. That is a significant flaw in the app for me.
I also previously requested as an option that task notes in the ZOHO Projects timesheet be included in ZOHO invoices (rather than just the task names,) as my clients like a detailed list of all work for which I am invoicing them.
If ZOHO makes the necessary improvements, I intend to become a paying customer, but these Apps are not currently appropriate for my business.
Thank you for the services you provide, and I hope to see the above improvements implemented soon.
