I created a new company account - default timezone is set to Pacific GMT-8.
Why is there not a simple Question in the sign-up process to set the correct timezone.
I now find that I am unable to go back to my users to set their timezones correctly.
I have followed advice from other threads - and created a Company Location and have then gone to the User Details page and selected all users and set their location.
HOWEVER - this has NOT changed their timezones. I don't want each user to have to go in and change their timezones.
This is a BASIC issue ... why is it so hard to get right?
My company is in Sydney GMT+10.
I dread to think what it's going to be like when I start to use the Calendar and create events. Surely I must be able to set a default timezone so that all new users are created using that timezone (or at least it should be in the create new user process - so that I can accept or change.)
Come on Zoho ... I just moved 3 company accounts over to you from Office 365 ... I wasn't expecting such a basic issue.
