En la anterior publicación empezamos a desgranar el módulo de Actividades de Bigin by Zoho CRM. Pudimos realizar un primer vistazo general a la página y descubrimos las funcionalidades que nos ofrece el crear una Tarea personalizada para cada situación.

En el post de hoy, concluiremos con el módulo de Actividades revisando los botones de Evento y Llamada.

Evento: ¿cómo nos puede ayudar en nuestras oportunidades?

Evento es el botón que creemos más utilizarás tanto tú como tu equipo comercial para la creación de actividades relacionadas con el proceso de ventas. ¿Por qué? ¡Muy sencillo! Porque está pensado para que podamos agendar cualquier tipo de reunión o evento (como el propio nombre indica) que esté relacionado con nuestros clientes, oportunidades o incluso nuestros compañeros de departamento.

Ser capaces de tener en un único lugar común y compartido todas las acciones y actividades relacionadas con nuestros clientes nos permite ser capaces de tener un control sobre la actividad y la evolución de las oportunidades asociadas con nuestros clientes.

En el caso de evento, podemos indicar si las reuniones que llevaremos a cabo son presenciales u online (pudiendo agregar un enlace de reunión sin más esfuerzo), añadir todas las personas que resulten relevantes dentro de la oportunidad y añadir una descripción sobre qué tratará el evento en cuestión.



Llamada: nuestro mejor aliado para gestionar las oportunidades

Muchas veces una simple llamada de teléfono puede significar la diferencia entre conseguir cerrar una oportunidad con una venta o perder un potencial cliente debido a que no hemos sido capaces de anticiparnos a alguna necesidad.

Para tratar de inclinar la balanza hacia el lado que nos interesa, el de cerrar la mayor cantidad posible de oportunidades, el botón llamada nos será de gran ayuda. El funcionamiento es muy sencillo y nos ofrece un retorno de funcionalidad excelente. 

Primero de todo, podemos seleccionar a quién realizaremos la llamada que pretendemos agendar dentro de tus actividades. A continuación, seleccionaremos la hora que hayamos acordado con nuestro cliente a la que también tendremos la posibilidad de añadir un recordatorio cuando consideremos oportuno.

Para no perder ningún tipo de información también podremos relacionar la llamada con nuestras empresas o ciclos de venta concretos.



Esperamos que a partir de ahora la gestión de actividades relacionadas con los clientes entre en una nueva fase más óptima y eficiente.
