Tagging your work items helps categorize and label work items within your Zoho Sprints workspace. Now, this feature is expanded across multiple modules, along with the introduction of cluster tags that offer an advanced tagging mechanism.

Manage Tags is now included in your workspace level setting and is available to the following entities, as well:

We have also provided the ability to add Cluster Tags to all of these entities including work items. Cluster tags serve as an additional level of grouping for custom tags. This allows you to classify the custom tags, allowing them to be created, applied, and viewed as a cluster or group of tags based on their scope. This helps filter, view, and process the entities associated with those tags.

For example, a developer may want to view all work items assigned to them, along with the DC to which the feature should be released. You can use the Cluster Tag filter to view the work items with "DC" cluster tag.
