Tip 5 : Document Search,Preview Images & Thumbnail View
In Zoho Projects documents can be searched based on tags or based on file extensions.
In order to search documents, Under Documents tab , on the top right corner choose the mode of search (by tag/by extension) in the selection combo and enter the tagname or extension name in the text field next to the combo.
Documents matching the search criteria will be displayed in list format.
Before downloading the images uploaded in the projects, users can see the preview of the images by clicking the Image Preview icon (
) in the Documents tab.
In addition to the users can toggle between list view and thumbnail view of files by clicking the respective icons under the Documents tab.
Click Thumbnail icon (
) to view files in Thumbnail view.
Click Listview icon (
) to view files in List view.
