Tip 6 : Email Encoding, Date & Time Format Settings

Zoho Projects provides option for admin users to change the Email Encoding type, so that the mails that are sent from Zoho Projects Application ( Task Reminder mail, Task Notification mail , Forum Post Notification mail etc... ) will be in the selected Email Encoding.

Likewise Date Display Format & Time Display Format can be changed to the format that suits your timezone/country.

Available Date formats

MMM dd yyyy
MMM-dd-yyyy
dd/mm/yyyy
mm/dd/yyyy
dd-mm-yyyy
mm-dd-yyyy
yyyy-mm-dd
yyyy/mm/dd
d MMMM yyyy

Likewise Time format also can be changed either 12 hour format or 24 hour format.

All these settings are available in Company Settings tab.
