Total value after deducting discount off the subtotal does not show on quote

Total value after deducting discount off the subtotal does not show on quote

Hi we need help in this issue, I copy and paste because in the other forum doesn´t show the answer.

Although In tried all possibly suitable fields, the total value after deducting discount off of the subtotal of all product items does not show on quote.

Example:
Product1   price:           100
Product2   price:           200
Subtotal:                      300
Discount:         10%
Total after discount:       270 --> This value does not show!
This is a critical issue for our company, please help. Thank you in advance.
