Hi I would like to use Zoho CRM to track my client progress and also send reminders such as assignment reminder due and schedule as well as reminder to sign Soho sign reports. 

I have read a bit about workflow and blueprints however I'm confused on which module should I set up to track these is it the meeting modules is it meeting/contacts/deals/ custom modules?

What's the best way to work around with this? Has anyone done similar ways?
