Track if Email Sent via Forms Notifications or Rules was Opened?
There doesn't seem to be a way to view whether an email sent via Zoho Forms was opened. I have some "welcome" style ones set up to go out with both Forms Notifications and Forms Rules.
Because of the way our internal team works, we're not using the CRM integration and adding new leads/ contacts to CRM, so workflow rules in that respect are a no-go.
If there's no way to track opens within Zoho Forms, has anyone had any success with workarounds?
