Track inventory use for project without billing

Now using the trial version of zoho book and inventory. 
Watch a lot of video and read the FAQ. 
Is ther a way to transfert or track inventory use for a projet or customer. 
Let say monday, I use 10x Item A 
Thurday, I use 10x Item B
Friday, I use 10x Item C
At the end of the week or project, I want to be able to easily bill customer with the time and item used.
Is it possible to do so?
