tracking new candidates by position and channel they apply through

I want to be able to set up different candidate intake sites and track applicants by which site they come through. Ideally, I could have 3-4 candidate intake sites for each job where the candidate signs up with me and I could be tracking the number of candidates I get from each site. Is this possible?
