Transfer Zoho Form Unique ID to a Customer Unique ID in CRM

We have a Sign Up form that generates a Unique ID on the Form. We want to integrate the form into the CRM so the Unique Form ID gets transferred into a Specified Field in the CRM. 

We have integrated every other field on the form but can't seem to get the Unique ID
