Tried to create an account with Zoho using my domain, now It's "in use"

Hello there!

I decided to post here since I haven't received an answer from the e-mail I sent you guys asking for support.

So, I decided to create an e-mail account in Zoho Mail, problem is I could not.

You guys ask for a mobile number, I gave you mine in the following format:

+XX (XX) 9 XXXX-XXXX

You guys probably don't know about this, but in Brazil, we added a number 9 in front of every mobile number.

So, as soon as I tried to create an account, it said that the number was invalid, so I tried without the 9 and did not receive the confirmation code obviously.

So I had the brilliant idea to use my Google Account and then use it to Login in Zoho to create my business E-mail.

Problem is, I already used my domain name in my previous try!

The domain name was: www[dot]stokos[dot]com[dot]br

Now when I try to use my domain name to register a business e-mail account, it says that the domain name is already in use, not true because I haven't even been able to create and confirm my previous account.

Can you guys please enable my domain to be used again so I can create my business emails?
