Trigger CRM workflows in Forms

Trigger CRM workflows in Forms

Hi there...is there any documentation about how Forms integrates with the Zoho CRM...specifically the "Trigger CRM workflows" checkbox?

What would happen if that box were not checked...would Forms not update fields...or I am not sure where in the CRM to specifically mention a CRM workflow?  I know the CRM can initiate a workflow when a field is updated, but can I find out the documentation on this more specifically?
