Trying to add 'Catch All' mailbox. Where is the "Admin Console" | "Spam Control"?

I am trying to configure a 'Catch All' mailbox.

I tried to follow the instructions here: https://adminconsole.wiki.zoho.com/mail/Spam-Control-1.html, but I do not see the listed options in the interface.

I am logged into Mail as the Super Administrator.

I  click "Control Panel", which gets me to "Mail Configuration" and I see only these options:

  • Dashboard
  • Domains
  • User Details
  • Groups
  • Mail Storage
  • Allowed IPs
  • Password Policy
I have a Pro + Mail account. My domain is hosted by another provider.
