Trying to add user to my domain

Hi, I am trying to add a user erik@klepsvik.info to my domain; on every attempt the address gets added to an invitation list. I cannot recall that I have used this email address for any other zoho account; in the past it was used by a google apps, but this has now been deleted.

Your urgent assistance is needed, as this will be my prime account.
