What a disaster this is turning into.
We got upgraded to the wrong version of Books we have the global addition not UK addition.
After several phone calls the advice was to back up our current version and then import into the new trial version.
The back up takes about 30mins and then you end up with a zip file containing various files such as invoice etc.
The first challenge is trying to find what section to import each one into. Then you find that some data cannot be imported which starts the mystery.
Next you imagine the best way would be to start with the invoices as that is perhaps more obvious. Rookie mistake your file is to big.
Next step?
You carry on using the old one and think you will try again the next day. The real kicker then is that you cannot backup the old addition again for 15 days so now the data would be incorrect.
now imagine our system is linked to our CRM, creator and email so you can imagine our fears of this going wrong.
All i want is for somebody to help us ( step by step ) to give us the system we should have had in the first place with all the data and documents as they should be.
Zoho your staff are very nice but sometimes it seems to take for ever to get somebody to step up and get it sorted correctly.
