trying to migrate mail to zoho. can't locate control panle > mail admin > email migration

My instructions located at https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/pop-imap-migration.html seem fine. Except I cannot find anything that says Control Panel so I can go to Mail Admin and then Email Migration...

I guess my main question is...where is the Control Panel?

Also, does anyone know if I can take a POP email and migrate it in as an IMAP?
