Tweak Tax Report

I just switched to Zoho for Invoice amazing it works great, but the tax report does not work well for cash based accounting. I saw a couple older posts about this, but never really a solution. I would hate to have to export my invoices every month and tweak the data my self to make it work. There has to be a simple solution. Not a deal breaker but annoying.
