Twilio and ZohoCRM Integration (CTI Pop up when call received)

Dear ZohoSupport, 

My name is Takasumi Shindo from Japan. 
[SaaS&CRM Consulting.,Ltd] in Tokyo,Japan. 

My company is Zoho Reseller in Japan for 4 years. 
Selling ZohoCRM to SMB customer in Japan. 

These customer need CTI POP UP function for their ZohoCRM. 
Currently there are no good IP-PBX Based CTI function yet. 

So Twilio seems to be very good CTI solution for ZohoCRM. 

I already have tried Zapier

However, there are no CTI Popup function available by using their service. 

Following is what I expect. 
Customer call to Twilio number -> ZohoCRM CTI Screen pop up. 

When you click this pop up screen, open ZohoCRM lead or Contact page 
with telephone number. 

I hear Twilio people come to Japan [KDDI Web communications - boundio Service (Twilio OEM)]. 
Boundio -Japan service using Twilio on backend. 
http://boundio.jp/ 

They are Twilio partner in Japan. 
KDDI Web communications company is my friend company. 
I know people there. 

I would like to Twilio to provide CTI POP function for ZohoCRM. 
Twilio or Boundio(OEM Service in Japan) is choice you can select.
Maybe Boundio is more localized to Japanese. (UI and service).

Is it possible for Zoho Development team to discuss with Twilio team to provide 
new function of CTI POP UP fro ZohoCRM Customer in Japan? 

We need IP-Phone based (like Twilio) CTI POP UP function for Japan customer. 
It would be great if this function is prepared as ZohoCRM option function. 

Since Twilio started to support Japanese phone number. 
I think it is good time for Twilio to support ZohoCRM customer in Japan.
