Two Companies or Two Business Lines

I need to have two different companies or two different business lines segregated with their own P/L but they share the same bank accounts?

How can I do that?

I created a new organization but I can share the same bank account

Another option I did is I duplicated every expense account to make it separate for each business line but this is not helpful in reporting
