tyring to understand relationship between Creator and CRM

I am in the evaluation stage and just playing around with the different apps. CRM, Creator, Books and Invoicing. They all seem to be great and I very excited about the scalability and variety.

I believe that Creator and Books are necessary for an overall package but I don't really understand how CRM will  benefit us. We don't have a sales force and we don't do projects. We do have leads and accounts. That part I get. But the inventory part is what I'm trying to understand. I've read through the User guide and some KB articles but I can't seem to get what CRM can do that Creator can't.

We just want to create inventory items, PO's, track the PO, receiving, and payable. Then we want to sell items to customers and track the orders, shipping, invoice and receivable. Not complicated.

Since inventory and invoicing are my greatest concerns.... can we accomplish this with just Creator? What can CRM give me? Any and all comments are enlightening.... :)
