Unable to add 'Available Projects' to 'Working Projects' for

Unable to add 'Available Projects' to 'Working Projects' for a client user. On clicking Update noting happens (the image keeps revolving). Tried adding clients using bot Firefox and IE 6.

Also when I create a new client user, a password is not generated for the client.
