I have been in continuous communication with several Zoho Mail executives and have also sent several emails over the past few days regarding the issue we are facing. However, the matter still remains unresolved.
Currently, we are unable to add the remaining 12 users, and despite repeated follow-ups with your team, no effective solution has been provided so far. I have explained the entire situation multiple times from the beginning to different executives, but unfortunately the issue continues without resolution.
This prolonged delay is causing inconvenience to our operations, and we expected a more prompt and efficient response from your support team.
