Unable to associate candidates using outlook plugin

After we have moved over to the new version for Zoho, our outlook plug-in is not working correctly. When we select candidates from outlook to associate, we get client name and then the jobs associated to that client are all jobs except the ones which are actually open. So all filled jobs and closed jobs appear in the list. How are we to get open jobs only to show, like it always was??

I have reached out to support for 2 days in a row, and have no response.
