Unable to change "Send Mail As" settings

I have a "send mail as" account which I am unable to change the settings within, and I'm also unable to delete this from address in an attempt to recreate it.

I click on the edit icon to change some send settings (from TLS to SSL). I make the changes, click Update, and I get notified that the changes were saved, but when I go back in to edit, the change was never updated.

If I try to delete the From account, the message states "unable to delete". Please help!
