Unable to connect. Signup Error domain name

Hi, i'm unable to connect to our zoho mail. We have setuped a new domain and when it was time to enter the Code sent by sms, the page reloaded. So now, it seems that my domain name is linked to the good phone number, but unable to login, or to recover password.

Need help on this quickly.
