Unable to connect to SMTP server

I am unable to connect to smtp.zoho.com with my email client on my local computer. When pinging or trace routing the server, the request times out. I am also unable to ping imap.zoho.com and pop.zoho.com.

I am able to connect to Google's SMTP and POP servers however, so I don't believe it's an issue with the ISP blocking mail servers.
