Good day

I have been using Zoho with no issues so far. But for the past day when I try to use my Zoho app on my phone it tells me UNABLE TO CONTACT SERVER when I use my phone data. This issue disappears when I connect my phone to my Wifi, but I need it to work properly with my phone data.

Any solutions?
