Unable to create new account
Hi,
I am trying to setup all my company email accounts in Zoho. I am able to create all other user email address except for one particular user account. I added the new email address but it keeps saying user already exists. I checked and confirmed that there's no such user. I am able to create all other user names but just can't create that particular username. It's weird. I need to use the same email address as it has been used for a while and migrate from elsewhere.
May I know what might be the reason for this?
