Hello Community,

We are using Zoho Inventory for our business and encountered a persistent issue that is preventing us from deleting certain items. The message shown is:

“Items which are a part of other transactions cannot be deleted. Instead, mark them as inactive.”

What we have checked so far:
    •    The items have zero physical stock and zero accounting stock.
    •    The items are not part of any composite items / kits.
    •    There are no visible sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, shipments or transfer orders referencing these items.
    •    We have adjusted stock values to zero and attempted to remove Opening Stock via adjustment.

However the items still cannot be deleted.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance.
