I have just logged on to Zoho CRM and have found that all of a sudden I am unable to delete or move emails from the inbox.  If I use the quick delete (x at the end of the listed message) or select the message using the tick box then use the 'Delete' tab the result is the same - the message looks like it has disappeared from the inbox (deletes from the list) but does not go to the Trash folder and, when I click on a different tab or folder in the e-mail then come back to the inbox all the messages I deleted are back in the inbox list; the same thing happens with e-mail moved to a file... This happens if I am in CRM or Zoho Mail... any ideas what has changed and how to change it back?  Have closed the program and restarted, and shut down and restarted computer - problem remains...
